Description

• Assist with disbursement and reconciliation for both TTD & USD Petty Cash
• Bank Reconciliation for all bank accounts
• Preparation of General Journal Entries for all ACH transactions and enter on Sage
• Enter all ACH entries on Sage for Accounts Payable purposes
• Acquire invoices for prepayment via ACH, cheque and apply on Sage
• Update the Fixed Assets Register when assets are purchased/disposed
• Calculate and update Asset Depreciation report and enter the relevant Journal on Sage
• Reconcile and balance accounts to the general ledger
• Enter all supplier/vendor invoices on Sage and reconcile vendor accounts
• Enter all sales invoices on Sage and reconcile client accounts
• Generate payroll and post using Micro Pay software
• Reconcile accumulated wages to generate annual TD4 slips and issue same
• Prepare, generate and file all statutory payments (Health Surcharge, PAYE returns and bi-monthly VAT returns)
• Prepare, generate and file quarterly taxes (Green Fund business levy)     
• Liaise with Accountant for reconciliation of  intercompany balances
• Prepare management accounts as requested by management
• Generate and prepare budgets
• Assist external auditors with preparation of year end financials
• Generate and prepare cash flow statements
• File all annual returns
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts as requested
• Provide all requested information for Year-End Audits
• Reconciliation of all employee loan accounts
• Filing of accounts payable cheques ensuring all relevant information is attached
